After a tough work week or a stressful move, it’s time for you to have a luxurious spa experience. However, you don’t have to go out and sit through traffic, as there are ways to recreate that right in the comfort of your own River Green condo.

Get Everything Ready

Shop online at your favorite app or website and gather the things you need, including scented candles, essential oils, bath additives, skin care products, and foot accessories, to name a few. For convenience, have the items delivered straight to your doorstep so you don’t have to go out and get them one by one.

Create the Mood or Atmosphere

Once you have all you need, it’s time to set the mood using lighting, music, and aromatherapy. Set up candles and lighting in strategic spots, and you can play nature sounds and soft music on your smartphone or through a Bluetooth speaker. You can make it as dim as you want, and you can also change the colors to warm hues, like yellow to evoke a relaxing atmosphere.

Set Up the Bath

Your bathtub will serve as the focal point for your home spa day. Depending on your preference, you can add essential oils or bath salts to warm water. For extra effect, you can read a book or sit back with a glass of your favorite drink as you soak.

Pamper Your Skin and Feet

After the bath, it’s time to pay attention to your skin and feet. Clean, exfoliate, and hydrate using a variety of skincare products of your choosing.

Finish with Tea or Meditation

Cap off your relaxing home spa day with a cup of soothing herbal tea. Or, wind down with a good book or meditate for 20-30 minutes to calm your mind and get yourself ready for the next day.
