Professional freelancer Amit Kakkar has been making waves since he started working more than 20 years ago. The world of freelance consultancy is fraught with uncertainty, but the Punjab-born leader has proved himself to be consistent by winning more than ten awards in fourteen years.
Who is Amit Kakkar?
Amit was born and raised in a humble home in Punjab, India. Even in his early years, he believed in education as a means to unlock potential. He put himself through academic paces and completed higher secondary education, pursuing more than one degree in college. To date, he is a database administrator with Oracle certification, has a Master’s in both Science and Information Technology, and several Study in Canada and Study in the USA certificates.
Kakkar has his own firm now, but he began working in the IT sector from 1995 to 2004, specifically at the Government Medical College & Hospital in India. That same year, Amit branched into the education industry and formed a company where students could get the help they needed to get into the top institutions from around the globe.
Amit’s Contribution to Society
As a leader, Amit led his company to winning the Best Consultant Award eight times in 2004, then six more times from 2014 to the present day. However, he did not sit back and enjoy the success. Rather, he led more efforts, this time to improve society and help charities.
Kakkar worked just as hard in making a significant impact on society as his career. He has set up multiple programs ranging from protecting against cybercrimes to giving poor children free education.
