Working from home in a condo has its own benefits and disadvantages, but it surely is a convenient choice when your company offers you an option. Here are the pros and cons to consider if you’re planning to go with this work setup in your Chuan Park condo.

Pros

Less Commute and Wasted Time

No commuting hours means you can use that time to be more productive for your work instead of wasting energy in heavy traffic and other problems that are outside your reach to solve. Working from home removes this hassle and lets you focus on your tasks and get to have more rest.

Greater Productivity and Efficiency

Working in the comforts of your condo means you can be more productive and efficient without worrying over someone looking over your shoulder. At home you can set your own time and remain flexible, which in turn can maximize your productivity and performance. You can take breaks when you need to to prevent burnout and experience a decrease in your efficiency.

Better Work-Life Balance

By cutting back on commute and having a flexible schedule, you can spend more time with your family and friends, and do the things you love for your well-being and self improvement.

Now we are done with the Pros, let’s move on to the Cons that come with working from home in your condo.

Cons

No Social Interactions

Doing work in your condo compromises outside interaction, meaning your social skills will be restricted as you are on your own and can eventually have a more adverse effect if you don’t get out of the house.

Easy to Get Distracted

Working from home doesn’t come without its cons and one of them is being easily distracted with the environment you’re in. It’s not a formal setting where all you do is work, so you can lose focus with the background, people in the condo, gadgets, and many other factors.
