You can make the most out of the space in your gaming area even if it is a small one. It would take some work, creativity, careful planning, and you can be effective in doing so. Here are some tips to save space when setting up your Otto Place condo game room.

Invest in Multipurpose Furniture

Every piece of furniture in your small room has to have a purpose. It can have multiple by investing in multi-purpose furniture that merges options for storage and functionality for optimal space saving and organizing. Examples of multipurpose furniture are tables or TV stands that have built in storage like cabinets and shelves which can be used to store your games, consoles, and accessories.

Use Foldables

Getting foldable furniture like chairs and tables is a good idea, so you can put them away easily and make more room, after you are done using them.

Organize Smartly

Organize everything in your gaming room under a category and by priority, because not all games you have need to be accessed every time. Store the games that you don’t play much and keep the ones you usually play out for ready and easy access. Organize them by the type of game so you know where to find the game you want to play in the future and you won’t have to keep looking in other places.

Install Vertical / Hanging Storage

Make use of the walls that are in your small game room. Hang some storage solutions like a pegboard or shelf. Consider investing in vertical storage to maximize your room and the space on the floor for you to walk on so it won’t feel too tight and cluttered. You can use hanging shelves to display some stuff you want to be seen in your room, like board games and mini figures collection.
