You may have spent all your energy moving boxes to and from your new Narra Residences home, and now it’s dinner time, and you don’t have anything prepared. The dilemma is, how can you cook a meal that’s loaded with healthy ingredients? Here’s a quick guide.

Find Inspiration Online

Take stock of all the ingredients you have and use an app that can create a recipe for them. This is one of the quickest ways to have a meal in a short time. Don’t have your home wi-fi set up yet? You can use your smartphone and a mobile network.

Use a Grocery App or Find One via Maps

If you’d really like to try a new recipe and don’t have all the ingredients, then you can use a grocery app. Or, you can sneak out for a while and head to the nearest grocery shop or convenience store to get them.

Reduce Cooking Time as Much as Possible

Use only one method of cooking when possible. For instance, you can create a vegetarian pizza using only the oven, or a slow cooker for a stew. You can eliminate it altogether if the meal is a sandwich or a salad.

Canned Goods are Your Friends

Canned goods work in a pinch when you want a quick, no-fuss meal. However, they can be as useful as an ingredient. You won’t need to chop or prepare them- just open a can, mix it in, and heat them up. They’re great for pasta and sandwiches, to name a few.

Order In If You Don’t Have Time

Last but not least, you can order food via an app when you simply don’t have time. Choose healthy meals instead of fast food and get some much-needed nutrients for extra energy the next day.
