Settling in on your first day in a new condo can be challenging with the limited resources you have on supplies and some things that might be forgotten. These are 6 essential items to put in your checklist before moving in your Aurelle of Tampines unit.

Water

Moving a lot of physical work. Water is a must to keep yourself, and your pet if you have one, hydrated. A person should consume at least 8 glasses of water daily. Have a couple of bottles of water in a cooler to drink en route and stock up your fridge once you arrive.

Fully Charged Smartphone

A phone is essential to be updated with the outside world, for ordering supplies and food, and being productive doing work or anything you need to get done.

Flashlight or Rechargeable Lamp

In case you forget light bulbs or the electricity goes off, it is recommended that you have a flashlight or a rechargeable lamp with you. You wouldn’t want to walk in the darkness at night. Bring a power bank so you can power up the lamp and your devices if the batteries run out.

Camping Bed

A camping bed is a good budget bed for you to sleep in cozily for your first few days in the condo, while planning assembly of your frame or saving up for an actual bed. This will greatly help you relax after all the organizing and keep you comfortable in your new place.

Electric Fan or Heater

Beat the heat with an electric fan, especially during a hot day in the afternoon and to circulate air around the room. On the other hand, a heater can help you get through a cold night in your new condo.

Paper Bills

Having money is essential for you to get by in your first few days in the condo. It can come in handy to pay for food and basics such as kitchen and pantry items, toiletries, cleaning products, and many more.
